PAYMENT METHODS

The following payment methods are accepted:

Self Collection

Self-Collection is available at our retail store within 2 working days. Our store is located at:
14 Scotts Road #02-34 Far East Plaza Singapore 228213

Opening hours:

Monday to Saturday 12pm to 8pm
Sunday 12pm to 7pm

Please refer to the self collection schedule below. For orders made between every:
Monday 1pm – Wednesday 1pm, collection day will be on Thursday.
Wednesday 1pm – Friday 1pm, collection day will be on Saturday.
Friday 1pm – Monday 1pm, collection day will be Tuesday.

Notice for Self Collection:
– A confirmation email with the advised collection date will be sent after the order has been processed.
– Please bring a copy of the order confirmation email (printed on paper or on your mobile device) for verification during collection.
– Kindly adhere to the advised collection date as the package will not be ready for collection before that.

Warranty

All products stated with local warranty will be covered under RICHMAN LUXURY limited warranty, under the terms and conditions of this warranty:
The products will only be covered for any manufacturer defects within a period of ONE YEAR from the date of purchase, provided that it has been purchased from RICHMAN LUXURY. This warranty excludes any liability for defects arising (directly or indirectly) from improper handling, alterations, incorrect abusive use, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, discolouration and any other damage resulting from activity outside of normal usage.
Order number (or any proof of purchase) has to be provided for the claiming of warranty for any products. No exchange will be made in the event that no valid order number is provided.
