EXCHANGE & RETURN
Please read for our exchange and return policy.
All goods sold are strictly non-exchangeable and non- refundable except in the event of defective merchandise. In the event a customer received a defective merchandise, the merchandise must be returned unworn and in its original condition. Exchanging for a new set must be done within 28 days after the order was sent out. In the event that the defective merchandise is out of stock, the customer can choose to exchange for any item of equal value or opt for store vouchers.
Order number has to be provided for the exchanging of defective merchandise. No exchange will be made in the event that no valid order number is provided.
